Holmes Architecture is working with East Side Pies to expand the dine-in capacity of their flagship Rosewood location. The renovation of a CMU and stucco building on site, previously a record store, affords the growing pizza chain an opportunity to spread out with a generous outdoor patio for their guests. A new Market & Cafe in the adjacent suite, run by friends in the neighborhood, complements the restaurant expansion.
